WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total as follows:

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
Shipping FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS
We offer free shipping of my Originals within the Mainland US. For international locations, please contact us so we can arrange the shipping options. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on size and weight.
FAIR USE POLICY
Purchase of an original artwork does not transfer ownership of copyright, and does NOT carry with it the right to make the artwork or it's digital image available in any form unless permission is expressly given in writing by the artist. Copyright stays with the artist unless a licensing agreement is obtained. Unauthorized commercial use, including publication, reproduction, redistribution, or republication of the designs, images, artworks, text, or other content is prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Before you place the order, make sure to have taken fully advantage of the great visualization tools our website has to offer. Use the LIVE PREVIEW tool from your mobile device and stand 10 feet / 3 meters from the wall in your home you intend the piece for. This gives you a great idea of what it feels like in your own surroundings. Additionally, use the WALL PREVIEW tool, which immediately gives you an understanding of the scale and size of the artwork. From the palette picker choose the color that represents your own wall and see how the overall color theme works together with my artwork.
- For Original and Limited Edition Art purchases: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We package original and limited edition pieces with ample bubble wrap, plastic barriers to protect from moisture damage, and sturdy cardboard boxes.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If you notice that your package looks damaged in any way that would ruin your order, please refuse it upon delivery, or take photos of the package, tracking number, and damage to the art.
- Contact us right away and email the photos to me and keep both the art and packaging until your insurance claim is closed. A partial or full refund is contingent upon the insurance claim decision made by the mail carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. However, for print products, if your order has already gone into production we can no longer cancel it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
